Take the A23 London road into the centre of Brighton turn left at the roundabout on the seafront opposite the Brighton Pier onto the A259 heading East towards Rottingdean. The hotel is 300m from the Brighton Pier on the left 5 mins by taxi from Brighton Station.If you arrive by coach Pool Valley Coach Station is almost opposite the Brighton Pier.
